2019 Salvation Army Holiday Assistance Sign-Ups

The Salvation Army will be taking applications for Angel Tree assistance for families with children birth to 12 years of age (at Christmas) and seniors 62 and up, as well as holiday food requests. All applications are taken through a face-to-face interview with the parent or legal guardian, using the following information:

-Valid state issued photo ID for person applying and adults in household
-Proof of residence in Franklin or Anderson County (current lease preferred)
-Proof of Income—all current household income (August, September or Oc-tober pay stubs, SNAP, KTAP, Social Security Disability eligibility letter, child sup-port, other benefits or income)
-Proof of Expenses—all current monthly bills (rent, utilities, car expenses, childcare, other bills)
-Birth Certificate for each child or legal guardianship/custody documents
