To login to the help desk you can go to FAVORITES in Internet explorer or on the district website. This also may be on the individual school sites.

You will see the login screen. Put in your username and password assigned to you when your account was set up and click LOGIN

On the welcome screen below you will see on the left an area that we can information or news. In the center there are three options,
Click on SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST

Next you will choose your category, if not listed select NOT LISTED and we can add to the category list for future issues.

Next you will choose a sub-category.

In this example I submitted that I had an email problem, set the urgency to high and a brief description. Click on SUBMIT

You will now see a THANK YOU screen telling you that your ticket has been submitted and gave you a ticket number.
At this time an email is generated with this ticket information.

Ok you are done but now I will show you what happens after you submit the ticket. I get an email every time a ticket comes in and it also goes to my phone.

When I log in to the help desk this is what I see.

After I open the ticket I will then assign it to myself, Stacy, Jody, STLP or Tim.
The person that the ticket gets assigned to will be notified by email and can start working on your issue.
